Environmental Activities

Since its incorporation in 1957 the Semiahmoo Fish and Game Club has remained strongly committed to restoring, enhancing and protecting the endangered Little Campbell River, its tributaries and the watershed in general. To this aim the club has forged partnerships with a number of like-minded environmental partners. Key among our recent restoration projects is the placement of 88 tons of spawning gravel in Fergus Creek a tributary of the Little Campbell River. This initiative permitted the return of spawning salmon and trout to the upper reaches of the creek. See Fergus Creek You Tube video in River Restoration below.
